SwaddleDesigns will refund or replace any unused, unwashed product still in the original packaging or any defective product purchased from SwaddleDesigns within 30 days of purchase.

Customer must return the product to the SwaddleDesigns address shown on the sales receipt.

Customer must return the product with the original sales receipt included.

SwaddleDesigns will not refund any Nearly Perfect, Deal of the Day, Special Priced or promotional sale items.

SwaddleDesigns highly recommends the use of a shipping service that provides package tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

SwaddleDesigns will not replace a product that has been damaged due to the consumer failing to follow the handling and washing instructions.
